Your voice on the phone, your voice in text, or your online voice chatting with one of our professional crisis counselors will be a first step in breaking the silence and getting help. If you see any signs of abuse in someone you know, or if you yourself are involved in an abusive relationship, get help right away.

What is Child Abuse?
